We've become a Xero gold partner

3rd December 2015

Dunkley’s is proud to announce that one week after winning an award at the British Accountancy Awards, it has achieved Xero Gold Partner status. Xero cloud accounting software allows small businesses to access their business accounts anytime, anywhere on a Mac, PC, tablet or smartphone, providing up-to-date access to their financial performance.

“Only one other firm in Bristol has been accredited with this title, so to be the second is a huge achievement for us,” says Mike Dunkley, Director at Dunkley’s Chartered Accounts. “We love finding new and improved ways to help our clients and offering a range of cloud accountancy packages enables us to do that."

Xero account manager, Ian Phillips, commented on Dunkley’s newly appointed achievement, “It is great for Xero to be playing a part in the success of such a progressive and client focused practice. I’m excited about working with Dunkley's in 2016 as they continue the great work.”

So what does Xero Gold Partner status mean? It means Dunkley’s has committed to helping small business owners transform their business processes with cloud-based accounting and process improvement via Xero and its add-on partner software integrations.

Dunkley’s currently has a wide range of clients using the software, ranging from dentists to pubs. Long time Xero user Ian McMurtrie from Brunel IT talks about his experience with Xero and how it has improved his efficiency, "With Xero, all of my accounting processes are much quicker. Working as an IT consultant, I appreciate being able to manage my accounts on the move with real time access to how my business is performing. Since moving to Xero, I haven’t looked back”.
