Auto-enrolment made simple
If you employ at least one person, who is aged between 22 and state pension age, and earns more than £10,000 a year, you must automatically enrol them into a workplace pension scheme.

- Identifying which of your staff must be automatically enrolled into your workplace pension scheme,
- Handling the mandatory announcements to your staff
- Deducting the monthly employer and employee pension contributions from salary.

We operate the following two schemes to ensure every employer’s requirements under auto-enrolment are covered.
NEST Pensions
The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) was set up by the Government to make auto-enrolment as simple as possible.
For employers, this means having straightforward processes and plenty of guidance on how to set up and manage NEST. For members, it means making it easy to save and to do the things that can improve your outcome – perfect for simply complying with your auto-enrolment duties.
If you were to choose NEST as your auto-enrolment solution, all aspects would be covered with help from us.
Workplace pension communications to employees will be generated monthly, wherever needed and given for distribution. All employee enrolment and file uploads would be taken in as an extra service to the standard running of your payroll.
NEST is flexible and can cater to employees’ requests to a certain extent. However, it is not an enhanced scheme, it is a basic auto-enrolment compliant solution.
NOW Pensions
NOW: Pensions offers a simple way to provide a workplace pension, which is ideal for companies looking for complete support to set up and manage auto enrolment.
With an easy online sign-up, management of statutory communications, plus access to all the tools and guidance you need to set up and manage auto enrolment, our pension scheme is suitable for all types and sizes of businesses.
The NOW: Pensions scheme best suits employers with no pension scheme in place and those who would like to be certain that all aspects of a workplace pension will be taken care of by a third party.
