Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for leadership and client success? We’re looking for a Client Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of a dynamic client portfolio.

About the Role

As a Client Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships—ensuring they feel supported, understood, and valued. You’ll work closely with our Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, drive strategic outcomes, and foster long-term partnerships.

This is a leadership role where your communication skills, commercial awareness, and ability to inspire a team will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support Account Managers and Senior Accountants, delegating tasks effectively to develop team capabilities.
  • Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with Directors and Heads of Department to deliver consultancy and advisory services aligned with client goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Review work, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Workflow & Project Management: Oversee assignment progress, manage deadlines, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed budgets.
  • Client Engagement: Lead client meetings, offer insights to improve business performance, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Training & Development: Provide training to clients and team members on systems, bookkeeping, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified ACCA or ACA professional. If you’re qualified by experience, we’d also love to hear from you.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
