On Tuesday 9th October, the crème de la crème of IRIS customers gathered and celebrated the inaugural IRIS Customer Awards in London.
This event recognises the leading individuals and firms who have been working with IRIS to deliver outstanding service and results to so many clients.
This year we were nominated for ‘Marketing Innovation Firm of the Year’ which was all about the creative thinking and skilful marketing that had enabled a practice to make a market impression, gain new clients and stand out from the crowd.
As evident by our creative approach to Marketing, we are not your cookie-cutter accountancy practice. We have a unique approach which includes Gorillas, Gromits, Shauns and T-Rexs and this is what (we believe) makes a strong impression within the Bristol area and beyond, ensuring we stand out from the crowd!
With this creative twist included in our application, we had high hopes. Mike Dunkley and Nicole Crompton attended the ceremony held in the Members Lounge at Twickenham Stadium and were delighted to be announced as the winners!
Upon winning the award, one for the judges, came to congratulate the team and said that ‘our application stood out above the competition’ and then continued to say that ‘it was a unanimous decision between the judges to crown Dunkley’s the winners.’
Lisa White, one of the Directors, describes the achievement as ‘a reflection of all the effort put in by our Marketing Manager, Nicole. Her ideas, energy and enthusiasm are refreshing. Her commitment to the campaigns undertaken is inspirational! Winning the award is a real testament to her constant hard work ‘stood out above the competition.’
Michael Dunkley, Managing Director, comments ‘We live in a snowstorm of information and Nicole, our Marketing Manager, always ensures our message stands out as a beacon of enlightenment.’
