Caroline Jones

Support Services Manager

Caroline has over 41 years administration experience, with 31 of those being specifically in the Accountancy sector. Before joining Dunkley’s in 2000, Caroline worked for Neville Russell Accountancy (NKA Mazars) for 11 years with her earlier work experience being gained through Abbey National Benefit Consultancy and Minter Insurance.

Since joining Dunkley’s, Caroline has advanced in her career to become the Support Services Manager and now heads up a team of 5 secretaries. Alongside running the Support Services department and ensuring all clients are well looked after, Caroline is also responsible for Dunkley’s HR and dealing with the care of all staffing needs.

Outside of work, Caroline loves nothing more than to explore the great outdoors in her campervan, travel abroad and attend live music events with her family and friends.
