Michelle joined Dunkley’s in 2007 with 17 years of clerical and personnel experience behind her. Michelle started her career with Dunkley’s as a Receptionist where she sat for 10 years making the role her own. In 2017, she moved into a secretarial role and has been there ever since.

Having developed so many client relationships whilst on Reception, Michelle has continued building these whilst in her secretarial role and is now responsible for helping new clients start their Dunkley’s journey. Alongside her day to day role of setting up new clients, handling client queries, typing client communications, and training staff on OpenSpace and OpenDocs, Michelle is also responsible for the health and safety of staff, 1st aid and facilities.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her two grandsons and walking Kei, her beautiful Siberian husky.
